Step 1: Register for Membership

Select a 6-month or 12-month plan
Complete the online form with:

  • Your contact information
  • Pet details (name, medications, vet info)
  • Up to 4 emergency contacts

Step 2: Receive Your Membership Kit

Your kit includes:

  • Stickers with our 24/7 emergency number (for car windows, home doors)
  • Personalized Member ID card with your control number

Step 3: Emergency Support 24/7

If you’re in an accident or emergency:

  • First responders/bystanders call our 24/7 line (800) 428-0119
  • We verify your membership using your control number
  • We call your emergency contacts in order—if no answer, we keep calling
  • We pass on vet info, medication needs, and pet location

Membership Responsibility:

It’s important to inform your emergency contacts they may be called. While we cannot guarantee someone will answer, we continue calling until we reach someone to care for your pets.
