YOU FILL OUT A CONTACT FORM WITH THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ON THE FORM AND WE SEND YOU STICKERS WITH PETS NOT FORGOTTEN PHONE NUMBER AND CARDS WITH YOUR CONTROOL NUMBER FOR YOUR PET OR PETS. ANYONE HELPING CAN CALL THE 1800 NUMBER AND WHERE YOUR PETS ARE LOCATED AND WE WILL CONTACT YOUR EMERGENCR CONTACK FOR YOUR PETS EXAMPLE IF YOU ARE IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND YOU HAVE YOUR PET WITH YOU THE EMERGENCY PERSONALL CAN CALL THE 1800 NUMBER FOR PETS NOT FORGOTTEN AND WE CONTACK YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT AND WE WILL HAVE ALL YOUR PETS INFORMATION LIKE VETS NAME AND NUMBER IF YOUR PET IS ON MEDS IF YOU PUT THE INFORMATION ON THE CONTACT SHEET WE WILL FOWARD IT ALL. DONT WORRY ON THE CONTACK FORM YOU WILL BE ABEL TO HAVE UP TO THREE CONTACTS ( A SMALL FEE FOR THIS SERVICE)

You can enter 4 Names and 4 phone numbers we will call the first phone number and if there is no answer we will go to second phone number still no answer we will go to the third phone number.
If there are no answers at all four numbers, we will try again in thirty minutes and still no answer. We will keep trying as many times as possible during the day and night we cannot guarantee anyone will answer the numbers you give us, but we will keep trying. It is important you must inform your pets’ emergency contacts that they are the contacts for emergencies.
